Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about N4Cluster, how it works, and what the platform can do for your business.
N4Cluster is commission-free restaurant commerce infrastructure. It gives restaurants a white-label branded ordering site, a presence in the Neighborhood Hub, AI-powered growth tools (N4Logic), and merchant-owned delivery coordination (N4Sync) — all for $0.99 per order, with no commission on revenue.
Those are marketplace platforms that take 25–30% commission on every order, own the customer relationship, and use your restaurant to drive traffic to their app. N4Cluster is the opposite: you have a fully branded site under your domain, you own the customer data, orders go directly into your POS, and you pay $0.99 per order flat — not a percentage of revenue.
Everything. Your white-label ordering site, Neighborhood Hub listing, N4Logic AI Growth Autopilot (demand monitoring, campaign activation, risk alerts), N4Sync delivery coordination (driver dispatch, SLA tracking), and POS integration. There are no tiered plans, no add-on modules, and no monthly minimum. The full platform is included at $0.99 per order.
Customers see a $0.50 N4Cluster Neighborhood Fee at checkout. This is a platform infrastructure fee collected by N4Cluster — not a surcharge you add to your prices. It's labeled clearly as N4Cluster's fee. You never handle customer questions about it. Restaurants who prefer to absorb it or build it into menu pricing can opt out of the customer-facing display.
Not without substantial advance notice and within a capped formula. Any increase must follow a CPI-based adjustment formula with a hard cap, and requires at least 90 days written notice. Material changes to the pricing model require 180 days notice and activate your right to exit. You can also lock in $0.99 for 1 or 2 years for full cost certainty.
N4Logic is the AI Growth Autopilot built into the platform. After you go live, it monitors your demand patterns, identifies repeat customer behavior, suggests campaign timing, flags high-margin items, and runs neighborhood re-engagement campaigns — all with your approval. It also watches for risk signals: abnormal refund patterns, SLA degradation, and POS sync failures. Every automation is reversible. You stay in control.
N4Sync is N4Cluster's delivery coordination layer. When an order comes in, N4Sync handles driver assignment, dispatch, and SLA tracking. If something goes wrong with delivery, that's our problem to solve — not yours. You're not managing a driver pool or troubleshooting logistics exceptions. The 30-minute delivery SLA commitment is backed by N4Sync.
The Neighborhood Hub is a local discovery feed where customers can browse and order from nearby restaurants. Unlike third-party marketplace apps, the Hub sorts restaurants by distance — not by who pays the highest commission. Your restaurant appears in the Hub as part of the platform at no additional cost.
Day 1. When you connect your POS, N4Logic automatically imports your menu, structures the catalog, and builds your ordering site for review. Once you approve it, your branded site goes live and you appear in the Neighborhood Hub. No lengthy implementation. No multi-month onboarding.
N4Cluster integrates with major POS systems including Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, and others. POS connection enables automatic menu import, real-time availability sync, and direct order injection into your kitchen workflow — no extra tablets required. Contact us if you want to confirm your specific POS is supported.
